General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for orders from DIVASTORE
Terms of Service
1. Origin
Our products are imported. We therefore assume all risks such as long delivery times, quality defects, size differences, customs clearance fees, damaged items, etc. This means that our customers can avoid unnecessary costs and inconveniences and can count on reliability.
2. Material
Stones and precious metals (e.g. gold) are made of plastic. Leather and fur are also made of artificial material. Please follow the instructions on the label when washing. As a rule, you should use a gentle wash cycle and avoid the tumble dryer so as not to damage the products.
3. Defects
All products are checked again for quality defects before dispatch.
However, minor defects can still be overlooked.
The content of an order must be checked by the customer immediately after receipt. If defects are noticeable for which the seller has to provide a guarantee, this must be reported within the return period of 14 days. If the buyer fails to meet this deadline, the purchased item is deemed to have been approved.
Products recognized as defective will be repaired by us or replaced as new. In this case, the forwarding costs will be reimbursed by us (B-Post package).
4. Ordering Process
Our customers can place their orders on our homepage. In addition to the purchase value, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of CHF 7.00. (B Mail) or
Fr. 9.- (A Mail). This does not apply from a purchase value of CHF 100.-.
Our customers have the option of picking up the goods from us themselves. In this case, the delivery fee does not apply.
Goods that are no longer available will be deleted from the order and the amount will be refunded immediately.
We accept the following payment methods: Order on account (Klarna offer) or prepayment by credit or debit card, bank transfer (Sofort), PayPal, Twint or Postfinance App.
The delivery time is between 10-12 working days.
In rare exceptional cases (vacation, absences, etc.) it can also take up to 3 weeks. Each customer will be contacted. Any order can be canceled (see 5. Right of Return/Cancellation).
5. Return Policy/Cancellation
Products that the customer does not want to keep can be returned. In order to benefit from the right of return, the -> official return form <- must be filled out completely and enclosed. This can be downloaded from our website or requested by email. The return form serves to ensure that the following points are observed:
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt
All products are properly packed in the bags provided
The following are excluded from the right of return:
All articles in the Beauty category (hygienic reasons)
Laundry (hygienic reasons)
Items damaged or soiled by the customer
Possibly reduced items (see product description)
Isolated products (see product description)
The customer bears the costs of the return.
If items are returned that are no longer within the return period or that meet at least one of the above criteria, the payment of the debt is still due. If you wish, we will send you the products again with a delivery and administration fee of CHF 10.-.
If the total amount of the invoice minus the price of the returned goods falls below CHF 100.-, the delivery fee of CHF. 7.- or CHF. 9.- is still due. This also applies to the complete return of all products.
For orders from CHF 200.00 and complete return of all products, we charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the goods.
Orders that are not picked up at the post office counter are treated as complete returns.
If there are any ambiguities or problems, we ask our customers to contact us within the applicable period. We're here to help!
6. Collection process (invoice by post or email)
If the regular payment deadline is not met, we draw our customers' attention to the outstanding amount. This is done via the communication channel through which the order was placed. When ordering via the website, notification takes place via e-mail, SMS or Whatsapp, depending on which contact was specified when ordering.
If this deadline is not met either, the order will be cancelled.
If there are any ambiguities or problems, we ask our customers to contact us within the applicable period. We're here to help!
7. Disclaimer
We assume no responsibility for any allergic reactions or theft after the delivery has arrived.
8. Miscellaneous
Customer data is only used for business purposes and is not released to third parties.
We are always available for information via the communication channels indicated on the website.
Swiss law applies to all legal topics that are not listed.
